well done to those that have stuck to it and lost weight.I had a good day yesterday.I have signed up with WW for a month To start with (FRIDAY IS MY WEIGH IN) and that only cost me 12.99.I get internet access and am using the tracker.I am finding this a great help.I am planning my meals each morning and leave 5-6 points for "extras". I also find the warmer weather helps appetite wise.Have a good day everyone.x

Hiya, started weight watchers today, doing it myself from home, have the books from last year, however ive lost the book which had how to work out the daily allowance, i know i used to be allowed 20 points a day, but could do with the calculation to be sure!

Also working out a packet of low fat crisps and getting really confused, calculation says

KCAL / 70 so KCAL in these crisps are 83 so if i divide by 70 = 1.18 then add the saturated fat which is 0.2g = 1.38 / 4 = 0.345 ???? So what points that when its at home? confused.com i am ha x

was in morrisons today and found they are selling singluar packs of weightwatchers crisps that I hadnt seen before - I bought three of them one was cheese flavour (identical to Mcvities cheddars), one was sweet chilli flavour crinkle chips and the other cheese and onion crinkle crisps.
There was others but cant remember what they are now

Morrisons also had some of the chilled weightwatchers meals on half price - including chicken hotpot with dumplings, cottage pie and a few others (my memory isnt good:D)

6lbs in 4 weeks is fab! :T You don't want to lose too fast or it will just go back on... Slow & Steady wins the race.

i think im goin to stop goin to meetings for a while! my heart is really not in it yet - i just havent had that lightbulb moment when i realise that this is what i want to do.

ive weighed myself this morning at home, and will continue this every week - ive also take measurement of my thighs and stomach and will see how i go!

money is so tight at the minute i just cant justify the best part of £25 a month for very little return - in 7 weeks ive only lost 2lbs (only got 1 stone to lose in total)!

i will keep popping back her to check in with everyone & good luck to you all with your weightloss!!! xo

I cant remember if I posted my WI on saturday - not much lost, a smidgin of a lb!

I think I need to eat more and drink more (I am terrible for not drinking enough liquids - unless its the weekend and its wine!!!)
