Just got back from my WI and I've lost another 2lbs this week. A little disappointed as I was hoping for another 4-5lbs loss which would have meant a whole stone in 3 weeks! Still, I know any loss is good :o

I've been doing loads of exercise recently too which is maybe why I didn't lose as much. Muscle weighing more than fat and all that :p

I couldnt let this slip without commenting sorry. 4 - 5lbs is now not healthy to lose that much in a week!! You should only expect a larger lose for the first maybe two weeks maximum! One to two pounds is healthy anymore and you are losing it to quickly and it wont just be fat you are losing. Trust me I have done it the wrong way and put it all back on! Now doing the ww way it may take longer but at least its healthy!

Ticklepenny if you updating - I'm near the top of the list - lost 1 stone to date.

On another note I have stuck at the same weight for 2 weeks now. Last week I tried and stayed the same tonight I stayed the same despite doing my exercise 3 times, 2 long walks, one salsa class, won cakes at work and never ate any of them and went to kfc with kids and had nothing to eat and went to a barbeque which I never ate at and I drove so I couldn't drink. I stuck to my points but 3 days I ate under them. I am so disheartened and could have cried when I went on the scales tonight. Last week she said it would probably come off this week and this week my leader has asked me to try simply filling but I'm a bit warey of that incase I overeat. I'm so gutted

You say you under ate on three days, did you make up for this the rest of the time? You need to eat all your points otherwise this can slow your weight loss! Also my weight plateaued for a a good month I think it was, your body has to get used to things sometimes!

Also do you weigh everything and point everything sounds like it but sometimes it's easy to forget things and they soon add up

I didn't save the points for anything. I think overall I saved 8.5 for the week and gained 9.5 for activity points but I weighed and tracked everything. I went feeling really happy and sure I was going to lose as I also 'felt thinner' but gutted when I stood on the scales

How many points are you on in a day, did you mention to your leader you had saved this many?? It is far to many to have saved in a week and I suspect may have played a part.

Eat all your points next week and you may get a surprise.

Would you mind adding me to the list please, Ticklepenny. Think I joined mid-thread! I missed a week last week, but weighed in last night and lost 2 lbs, which takes my total loss to 9.5 lbs. I have 7.5 lbs still to go. Thanks xx

I never knew you had to strictly eat ALL your points or as close to it. Maybe that's why I didn't lose as much this week. I think one day I had 10 points left over and at least 2/3 every other day...

Yep its definitely recommended and you shouldnt go below 16 as your body needs a certain amount. Not eating enough can slow your metabolism
