I got my digital scales (Salter) from Home Bargains and finding them great, think they were about £7 and have seen them in there recently still

Off mystery shopping later today near a poundland which I dont have nearer home so gonna get stocked up on the weightwatchers crisps and other bits as they seem to have a decent range there:D

WI today for me and after putting on 1.5lbs last week, I have lost 4lbs this week putting me right back on track with 18lbs out of the 28 I want to lose gone :D

I have been good, though, and pointed absolutely everything on my tracker so I am sure that is what has made a difference because it keeps me focused and makes sure I don't "forget ;)" things I have eaten in the course of the day!

I have just been to WI and lost 1.5 lbs. I was hoping for 2lb as that would have taken me to my first half stone, so total of 6.5 at the mo. At least I won't rest on my laurels and it might keep me on the staright and narrow over the BH weekend xx

I weighed myself yesteday morning with my faithful , not that old super duper scales, (I was never that impressed with them though) yesterday was my 1st day on WW on line. Decided to invest in a WW pair from Tesco (will get a few points) £17.99 but liked having the 15 yr guarantee, Weighed myself this morning and I am 2lb lighter on them, so updated my weight on my profile.
I am on 23 points at the moment, seems so many though to get through and both days had to carry over, will it go down and quickly , like next week or 2 weeks dramatically?

You drop points when you go down into the next stone bracket or have a birthday sometimes.

23 points isnt a huge amount and I think all of us where having more at some point. It only seems a lot because you are choosing the right options. If you went out for a meal you probably would struggle to have two course plus your lunch and breakfast. Im only on 17 points now as not much left to use which means I can only save one day a week to have a treat on my weigh day. Those extra 6 points take me up to 23 points and I still struggle to have a nice treat so dont worry youll still lose it just means your not starving your body.

I struggle to use up all my points (21) but it only because I think twice about what I am putting in my shopping trolley!! Before I used to think nothing of getting a big pizza from sainsburys (and eating it to myself!! and with garlic bread and mayo   ) but now I work out how many points and I tell myself ‘for those points you could have that that and that instead of that 1 thing’

However, I love to have a tot with the girls of a weekend so all my banked points get blown on wine!!!!

My lunch today has loads of points – 10! (I didn’t have my chart when I got it and severely underestimated the point value!) Luckily the tea I have planned is quite low in points (got my beef noodle thingy which is 2 points per tin so Im having 2 :D ) have had half a reduced fat coleslaw sarnie for breakfast as I forgot to bring some proper breakfast stuff to work!!
