Hi,
Can I join please? I joined WW yesterday and received the unwelcome news that I am 16 stone 3 lbs :embarasse. At 5ft 5 that is NOT good news! My BMI now describes me as 'morbidly obese'. I knew I was big but when the facts are staring you in the face . . . . not nice!
So my 5% target is 11lbs which would take me to 15st 7lb.
For years I struggled to stay or lose weight from around the 13 stone mark. Don't ask me what has happened but I need to get in gear and change my food and exercise habits as I am now seriously big.
I have been a long time lurker here but have taken the plunge and committed myself to the long road ahead. If I can do this then anyone can!
So hello and much love and encouragement to all. I will post as much as possible and always update with my losses (I hope) and any other trials/triumphs I have along the way.
Bye for now - I am off to eat and apple and go for a walk!!!

Good luck Caity!!
Hope you get on well with it, I've found it quite flexible so hope you get good results.
Well, had weigh in this morning and -1lb. Quite happy with this as I'm 9st 11 now and I know its going to be a hard slog to reach my target of 9st 7lb. I may start doing a walk to run programme, I think I will have to do some regular excersize (apart from running after the kids) to lose the weight.0 -

Hi all can I join you please? I started WW Online two weeks ago and have lost 8lbs so far which I am really pleased with! I lost weight last year going to WW classes but thought I would try the online class instead.
Only half a stone to go to my target but i think this will be the hardest bit. My scales seemed to have got a bit stuck!
Going to start Zumba classes this wednesday - how do i work out the activity points for this?

Well done all you ladies who have lost this week. I have stayed the same which is a blessing as I was not good at all last week. Had a serious craving for sugary stuff. Anyway today I am back on the wagon. Have had Fruit and Fibre for breakfast, some crabsticks for snacks and half a carton of NCG Carrot and Coriander soup with two slices of wholemeal toast. Feel quite full now. xBack for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

Hi,
I wonder if I can pick the brains of someone who regularly attends the ww meetings. I am a gold member and have been at or around my goal weight since 2004.. so it does work!!!
My question is, I would like to introduce a friend to the joys of ww and I believe from reading the ww website that I can attend any meeting with my gold card and sort of re-register without a goal in mind although I wouldn't mind shifting a few pounds, and I don't think I have to pay.
My problem is being able to attend the same time meeting every week. I'm sure in the old days you used to be able to attend any meeting as long as you got weighed and it was marked on your card you weren't charged for missing the one at your normal venue.. does anyone know if this is still the case????
If none of this makes sense please pm me and I'll try again...!!!
Well done to you all for joining what I consider the best and only diet that actually makes sense and works...!
Edited to add.. meant to mention I've also done the full moonwalk three times, its a fantastic experience, good luck to those of you who are doing it...Christmas 2020 £109
