I'm wondering if it might be a bit easier on me if everyone could just post their total weight loss? I'll try and update once a week then as I'm having trouble keeping up with you all :o

Hi everyone! Can I officially join the thread please?

Started WW on Tuesday with a start weight of 15 st 7 lbs

I'm not sure of exactly where I want to get down to eventually, just hoping to lose as much of the excess flab as possible by the time I get married in September! To get down to a healthy BMI for my height (5'7") I'd need to be down in the 11's somewhere I think but that's a loooooong way off :rotfl: For now I'm working towards a 5% target of 14 st 10lbs so have 11lbs to lose.

I've been really good so far sticking to my points so fingers crossed I can lose a few lbs at my first home WI on Tuesday.

Also just wanted to say well done to everyone for all your losses so far :T, and thanks for all the great tips, advice you've posted - I've read the thread through from beginning to end and it's been really helpful.

any ideas how many points in the blueberry bicardi breezers? they have 100 cals per bottle but no idea how to work out points from there!

    ta x

credit_crunch it might be too late now, but if it's the half sugar version in Bursting Blueberry flavour, WW online points them at 1.5 per bottle.
