Hi. I don't know if it's relevant, but one meeting our leader said something that surprised me - she said that you should have your points quota, otherwise you won't lose weight. (which is why I have just enjoyed 2 fat free yogurts!)

Yeah I think the idea is that you use all your points then as you lose weight you're allocated less so your body gradually gets used to less calories rather than going into starvation mode! I usually have a bit of ww toast to make up some points.:money:

  • Thanks to all who replied - there are a couple of other meetings in my area so if it doesn't improve I shall seek out another.

Can you track online even if you aren't signed up to the online plan?

    Yep :D

And track your weight. The graph is quite motivating!

I have found something soooo delicious and yet really low in points!!! The brand is Mayflower and the lurvly food is beef chilli noodles – I got it from Farmfoods and cost about a pound (may have been less) and is 2 points for the whole tin!! It’s a little bit like a chow mein and is really tasty!!

Does anyone know how many points are in a cone size portion of chippy chips?!?!?! Have got some fish for my tea tonight and really fancy some proper chips with it!!!

    Evening all :D

Just back from WI and i lost 0.5lb.

I could kick myself though for not saying anything but i noticed just before i stepped on the scales that they read 0.0.5. I wasn't sure if that was right or not so stupidly i didn't say anything.
However the minute i walked away she reset them and it read 0.0.0. My friend said i should have gone and said something but i left it.:(
