Hope it is ok to join in. Just been to WW - I went 5yrs ago and lost weight relatively easily and quickly - but today I was a bit  when I stood on the scales! I had my gallbladder removed about 18mths ago and, although I don't seem to be eating any differently, the weight has really crept on.

To be honest, I was a bit disappointed - it was extremely busy but the leader literally weighed me and sent me on my way. I haven't got a tracker (I can't see one in the starter pack) and there was no mention of any sort of guide to how much I need to lose, the 5% thing or anything. Is that normal, the way it works now?

Anyway, the upshot is I thought I would need to lose about 2st to get to the middle of my ideal weight scale, turns out it is nearer 3. :o I am determined though.

Woohoo!!, lost another 3lb this week. That means...da da da....I've officially lost all my baby weight. Very happy as little one not quite 6 months which was my goal. Still need to do some serious tummy toning but at least I can get my jeans on!!

Well done to everyone and good luck for this week.

anyone else find it easier to lose weight when it's sunny? I've had loads of fruit and salad this week and not missed hot stodgy dinners at all.

I only have less than a stone to lose now, have lost just under 3 stone, but boy is it coming off slowly at the moment! Once again I lost half a pound this week (WI Saturday) and I have even started doing some exercise so thought that would help! Still, at least it's on the way down.

I've been lurking on this thread for a week or so - I started WW on 10 April to try and lose some baby weight.

I'm not sure whether that's the way they're doing it now, but I was given the folder thing, which didn't have a tracker in nor did my leader automatically give one to me either. I'm on the monthly pass though, so I can track on line. There was great pressure from my leader to start on the 18 point programme that is in the folder - something that I didn't want to do (I've done WW before in the past and know what works for me). Also, as a breastfeeding mum I get extra points - I'm currently on 24.

I've not been given a goal - my leader said we should set our own small goals, then decide on a weight once we've been on the plan a while. I don't have much to lose to be honest, just 17 lbs - so I'm aiming for the 5% first then my 10% which will bring me just outside of their 'healthy weight ranges'.

Hope you get on OK next time.

    D.
  • Does anyone have a telephone number where I can speak to someone re my online login not working. Alternatively advice on how to email them, all the contact us info requires a postcode, this seems to not accept a UK postcode. Have tried it with/without space inbetween. Am losing the will................lol.

    Hi All,

It’s my second weigh in tomorrow, wish me luck! I have been so good this week, went to the pub on Sunday and only had two small white wine and sodas so really hope something comes off.

I have got loads to lose so it’s more of a marathon for me, but enjoying it so far.
