Thats great Lillyallen.I am still here, couldn't make tonights meeting as I had my toe nail taken off, ouch!

But I am on track and getting there!

Just being nosey Vikki, what have you done to your toe nail? I've recently been away and my big toe nail on my left foot came off completely. Just wondering how you treat yours? My GP says mine is healing ok but I do want to get an acrylic put on as soon as I can. Was just wondering whether you had any experience of having acrylics put on.

Cheers - sorry to anyone else reading if this is gruesome topic for some. x

WI for me today and I am pleased to say that I have lost 3.5 of the 4lbs that I put on the previous week.

So back to 10 st 12..........and back on track. I've upped my exercise a bit, and have been tracking religiously since Friday, so hoping for good things next week.

I've also cut out caffeine since Friday, and the combination of better eating and less coffee has definitely had an impact on the way I feel.....all good stuff!

    :D

    Hi,

Still at Gold but struggling to stay there! Definitely decided that I will have to continue to track so I dont go off the rails! Stayed the same weight but our Leader has challenged us to lose 5lbs in 3 weeks so maybe that is the wake up call I need! Would really like to be at 10 stone( I`m 5` 3") than 10.4. Noticed Fran is 5`6" and a lower weight so that has pushed me ! Still find the weekends the worse time tho`!

one of my friends has been at her goal target (give or take a pound or 2) for a few weeks now and she said she has found the best way for her to maintain is to have 1 day off a week and she eats chocolate, curry (she only eats korma's!), cake, biscuits, drinks beer, etc and is then back on the straight and narrow for the rest of the week! she occassionally saves her points in the week to accomodate some of the damage but because she is so picky with her food she only saves a point or 2!!

Hi, please may I join this thread?

I have been back at ww for 6 weeks and lost 13.5lb so feeling really motivated - I have enjoyed reading this thread (It took a while!) but I found it really helpful, especially tips on foods that are low on points like french fries, I am getting sick of ww cheese puffs so they will make a nice change!

Good luck with the weight loss everyone.

Evening all, just back from WI and i managed to STS.

I'm pleased with that as i really thought i would have gained this week. It's been a really bad week all round and i haven't really tracked points at all. Had a KFC and a Mcdonalds, oh and half a box of milk tray.:(

New day tomorrow though and i plan to have a good week. :D

Could I please join the thread? I bought a new battery for my bathroom scales today and was stunned to find that I've put on over half a stone in 2 weeks - and I wasn't happy with my weight before! So, I've been to rejoin WW (am a very lapsed gold member), and am determined to get a grip and get my weight under control. Used the free voucher to join tonight, and will hopefully get the £12.95 monthly pass next week, so the first few weeks will not be too expensive. Feel fairly positive now that I've actually joined, rather than just talking about it.
Edit: My target is 8 stone 10 lbs
