Hi all, I recently went away to Tenerife and gained 7lbs however I got back on Tuesday and when I weighed myself this morning I have lost 4lbs so am pleased.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

well i didnt have a weigh in over easter so 2moro will only be my 2nd WI. i lost 2.5lbs in my first week, and i would nearly put money on it that i have put it all back on!

thursday - dinner & drinks with work colleagues
easter sunday - had a party at my house - so plenty of alcohol and takeaway pizzas
this weekend past- out for dinner & drinks both saturday & sunday

so i decided i would join the gym as well to give me a boost - i walk past it everyday on my way home from work so it will do no harm to make an appearance a few times a week!

so nervous about WI....will update 2moro

Decided to go to a meeting tonight to see if it helps my motivation!!

I'm only an online member at the moment, does anyone know how it works? Will I have to pay an extra fee on arrival or upgrade my account?

Well just got home! It was good fun and good kick up the bum. I've decided to start afresh.

Starting with planning to lose 5% (7lbs). Feeling good about WW again :D

LilyAllen - what happened with your membership, did you have to upgrade or anything? I'd like to go to a few meetings but can't commit every week. Good luck with the fresh start!

    Thanks!

With the meetings you can either pay as you go, I think it's £5.40 or sign up there as a new monthly pass member then upgrade using the code they give you when you get home. I'm only going to go to the meetings for a few weeks, like you I can't commit to meetings long term so I'll go back to an online user next month. Well worth signing up at the moment as they have a special offer on (£12.95 rather than £17.95 for the first month) and you get a couple of books. One about shopping and a brilliant one listing eating out points! :T

Haven't updated in a while... But since starting I've lost 2 stone 2lb and am now at 10 stone 3 which is fine for my height (5'6") and means I'm now a size 10/12 rather than a 16 which I was when I started! I seem to be maintaining ok (not really into 'pointing' everything now but i think i'm doing ok because despite xmas and easter i've managed never to put on). In the next few weeks i'm going to call it gold :D

Coming to the end of my WW journey (and knowing off by heart the points in all my fave foods) means I have a shop and an eating out just lying around - If any one wants these off of me at a very mimimal cost, please PM me. The shop is a bit battered but still serves the purpose!

    Hi,

Still at Gold but struggling to stay there! Definitely decided that I will have to continue to track so I dont go off the rails! Stayed the same weight but our Leader has challenged us to lose 5lbs in 3 weeks so maybe that is the wake up call I need! Would really like to be at 10 stone( I`m 5` 3") than 10.4. Noticed Fran is 5`6" and a lower weight so that has pushed me ! Still find the weekends the worse time tho`!
