    Hi Everyone!

Can I join this thread please?

I joined weight watchers online last week, had my first weigh in yesterday and have lost 1.8lb. All is going in the right direction, was in Dublin at the weekend though so was a little bit naughty so this week hoping to do a lot better. I have counted everything I have eaten and stayed away from alcohol so looking forward to my weigh in next week

2&1/2lb:j:j:j loss for me tonight. Really happy, it paid to find a jacket potato stall in Skeg on Sunday while rest of family were having fish and chips.

Done lots of walking this week too.

Hope everyone is ok and ready for the weekend, I know I am:j

  • I just applied to be a WW leader!! There are vacancies in my area. EEK.

Not at goal yet so I have to pull my socks up as you need to be within 10lb of goal when you start your training.

Prob shouldn't have had fish and chips for tea then eh????
  • +2lbs for me this week......:(

So back to tracking everything and weighing everything as well as my judgement is obviously not right yet.

On the plus i have found my new heaven to take away my sugar cravings. its a greek style yogurt with honey already in it. so so so yummy, its 3.5 points per 100g but satisfys me nicely and its so thick and yummy with fuit or on its own. (having to hide it from my children though.............)

Have inflated my swiss ball and did my workout dvd for it yesterday..........was planning on doing it again tonight (for an added 2 points) but my muscles in my legs and arms are feeling it today so may get my pilates dvd out instead.

Funny how a little nice weather helps to motivate...............................
    keep up the good work.

Shelvis.....can you tell us more about being a leader - there doesnt seem to be much info about and its always something I have considered!

I cant remember when I posted last I have been a bit AWOL for a couple of weeks. I lost two and a half pounds two weeks ago then went on holiday so god knows what I put on that week, it was easter week and I was awful, I have been good since Monday though and weighed this morning and am back to my weight from two weeks ago so I am happy with that! I am one stone away from my target weight, but would probably then like to lose another half a stone as I did use to be 8 stone. That takes me much nearer the lower end of ok though - Im only 5ft 2 lol! I am pleased to be in ok now though and am in some size 8 trousers - still be nice when all my old size 6 which are gorgeous clothes fit again lol! Im getting there just seems so slow!

Doing the moonwalk (half moon) in five weeks so have set myself a target to have a good push and try get 10 pounds off before the walk - going to be wearing my bra so big motivation lol!

Starting with aerobic attack this morning which I havent done for about 4 weeks so im going to struggle!
