Really chuffed - just back from WI and have lost 5lbs in my first week! Had a bit of a wild weekend with food (and wine in particular), but the thought of WI kept me on the staright and narrow inbetween nights out and during hangovers.0

Hi Everyone,
Do you all exercise as well as WW? My local gym is in the process of being rebuilt so cant go for the next couple of months. I have been trying to walk as much as possible. Just really interested in the amount of exercise and other people do. When you have had a very active week, do you notice a big difference in your weight loss?

Well done purple star , buyitall and smnb08 on your losses!!
I'm online too purple star and the online receipes are brilliant, really can't tell the difference between that and non diet recepies!
Sarah, I've been mostly waling too, although i do go to salsa once a week which really burns it off. I've got two young kids so I don't really have the time to go to the gym. I'm just trying to be more active generally like walking every chance |i get and gardening.
I went to work today and my work trousers were too big and wanted to fall down!! I've only lost about 4lb but I think a lot of the bloating has gone down. I've also lost a lot of weight from my face, which was like a football before!
I can't quite believe it but I've just calcuated the points on my dinner and it came out at 2.5 points!! I made a beef casserole in the slow cooker with 350g lean beef, zero points carrotts leek swede onions and garlic, 2 tbsps of bovil, tin of tomatoes and tomato puree. I roasted a butternut squash to go with it and even the kids asked for more!! 8 points for the whole receipe and 2.5 points for my portion. Amazing!! I now have 8, EIGHT points to use!!! Mmmmm, how to spend them???!!!!!0 -
