I have just received an email informing me that Simply electronics Ltd have filed for bankruptcy
Unfortunately it wont let me copy & paste the email but it states that the company are having a meeting of creditors on 9th August 2016 in Hong Kong.
I have a section 75 claim in process with my C Card company.
Will I still be covered now they have gone bust?
In there you will see:Section 75 is fantastic protection. It means if you order something and if the retailer goes kaput, you can still claim your money back from the credit card provider (even if you've since closed your credit card account).0
