How dare he coerse you into having sex in this way - call his bluff and get out - let's see how much he sulks then. He sounds likes he's been chipping away at you for a while - don't let him grind you down any more.

It sounds like you have the logistics sorted so cut all ties and get out of there - it won't be as straightforward as I'm making it sound but you've all the support you need on here.

This is what you need to do, put your clothes in a bag walk out the door and dont look back!

I lived with an abusive man and had two kids with him, I owned the house solely but for the sake of my sanity I walked out and let him keep it.

This was seven years ago I have never looked back and have never been happier.

If i can give away mine and my kids home for my sanity whats a few bills and £1600 dont think about just do it or you never will.

i done the same 8 yrs ago i was glad at the time and i would have lived in a tent

Why not? if The house is hers outright. He's been livin there rent free for so long I'd say that's pretty generous on maggies part
