Update on my complaining to Caffe Nero:
They were prompt at replying to me and requested more details of the event along with my postal address. The next day I recieved 5x VIP vouchers for 5 free cups of whatever I want. :]
And a note on the kettle, ours went wrong too...but we bought from costco so they took it back there.

I complained to asda ages ago about some bottles of juice that i bought which meant for children, and when i tried to get the lid of the plastic split and went underneath my nail, it made me bleed and really hurt. I emailed sainsburys because I was accused of nicking some other lady's shopping:eek: and was ordered to empty my own 4 wheel trolley to prove I had not (obviously not:rolleyes: ) left the store very embarrased and humiliated, sainsburys phoned today with lots of apologies and £20 gift voucher to spend on anything in store to 'cheer myself up with' so I am cheered and cleared:D

Found this thread last night. Talk about bloody entertaining! Was up till four this morning reading from page 1. Have done absolutely nothing today apart from carrying on reading. Had to stop earlier because I was beginning to stink and me azz was getting numb! Am going to Tesco's for beers now  as I need refreshment and a break (am up to page 70) :D

I agree it is interesting to see how companies reply to complaints.

That's it finished! Have read the whole thread from start to finish lol. Biggest complaints were to Tescos (surprise, surprise). Loads to Pizza Hut too. Was really surprised not to see any about ebay though  Have a look at pages 96-98 and look out for ilovecompanies posts I was in stitches :rotfl: some people are so freaking dumb! One of the funniest posts I saw was a reply from customer services that said "I'm sorry that you found a foreign object in your foam banana" bahahahaha. To all who have posted on here thanks for an entertaining weekend!

Not surprised that Tesco was the biggest! Mind you think of the amount of money that gets spent there, just a percentanges thing I guess!

No point complaining to ebay, you;ll just be ignored 17 emails later!

So gagging to know...how long did whole thread take in the end? How many beers? How many 'comfort breaks' .... nah kidding!

  • I have just written a complaint to Brewers fayre through their website, but it was so bad I wouldn't want vouchers for there, would the complaint go through to the whitbread group? Then I could have Luurvley Beefeater vouchers!

My, Brewers Fayre - I haven't been to one of those pubs in 10years. It's the only chain I would go out of my way to avoid. Terrible food, terrible service (and I don't think my standards are all that high).
