You may have been better to have complained whilst you were there.

I had a different complaint at Blackpool Pleasure Beach years ago. I made a complaint while I was there and a month later received 4 free passes valid for one year.

I complained that 28 ink cartridges of mine didnt get turned into tesco clubcard points (after checking with TheRecyclingFactory) because of their stealth addition of a 30 cartridge per year limit. I got 2800 points and a letter back a couple of weeks later

Complained to TIGI Haircare as their Superstar Blow Dry Lotion made my hair manky for weeks. They replied apologising and asked me to choose a replacement product from their range which they sent out within a few days.

Great success.

i found just jelly in a tin of tiger cat food from asda they said they would send me a gift card and a written apology better than pizza hut when i complained about a meal i had they said it was part of policy to send out wedges and garlic bread b4 the pizza unless asked which we did
