Hi OM
Like a few others recently, I have found your thread and become addicted to it. You really are terrific - and I don't understand why you let your OH treat you like he does (given the lack of bedroom finesse). He seems to give you nothing but trouble - and is living off your hard earned cash! None of my business, but I couldn't help poking my nose in. How many people would dare wake their partners up at 3.30am for a lift home? I don't know anyone who would do that without a good reason and huge apologies.
Anyway, you have loads of support on here and I'm looking forward to following your story through to your debt-free, dragon-free (and OH free, I hope!) day. The best thing is watching your confidence and self-respect grow as you deal with your problems. You are an inspiration.
All the best,

You're an inspiration to me, I like how you deal with your debts although sometimes its hard to know how you got into debt in the first place because you seem so strong. I can see similar traits in your personality to mine, and lack of confidence (going out) is one of them.
It feels like your OH is using you but you probably know that anyway. There is no way my OH would call me at that time for a lift, we have kids anyway but even before that it would have been pub time for a lift (unless there was something I really wanted to watch on TV), after that taxi and its the same the other way round.

It took me two days to get through the thread!! I think I might be a slow reader. I keep seeing you as tough and vulnerable in equal doses. I think what you are doing is remarkable, and it seems your dragging a few anchors along the way!
Hang in there, you deserve to emerge from this stronger.
And, I tell you want mate if you need to earn some serious cash, there's a book in you, without a doubt.....it's funny, emotional and a real page turner.
Best wishes
ps I thought of a title "Slaying Dragons"0
