Depends on your situation, you need a CB letter dated Dec 2008 or onwards, as for the rest not sure threw it all away as not applicable to me, sorry.

Hiya i've recieved my entitlement letter and i'm jus waiting for the card and pin to come and was just wondering if anyone has ordered with BLi education because i'm thinking about ordering from them cuz of the extra software i think my son will love. Has anyone had any problems or was service good and the laptop came when they said it would. Also what did people think of the extra software. Any opinions gratefully rcieved. Thank you.

you just need to send child benifit letter & letter proving income support or tax credits letter,if receving free school meals just cb letter

2gb/month allowence? one good download to update windows 7 and thats most of the allowence gone for the 1st month! advisible when you first get it is to update windows on someone elses broadband,no doubt there will be a fair amount of updates for windows at first that will eat up your monthly allowence!

you can also pick up a 2gb memory from the net for around £28(mr memory) giving you 3gb of memory,easy to fit they just plug in.

it doesnt (or didnt) specify that there was only 2gb i assumed (more fool me) that it was 3gb like the others i did email them some feedback to let them know that maybe they should say it is only 2gb but they havent added any info and never replied to my feedback. i hope everyone else that has ordered gets 3gb, maybe i got the last of the 2gb stock... maybe, well i hope for the rest of you it was just me
on another note tho i havent had to do any updates for anything yet so we are still connected and she has used it everyday for the last 13 days

Ours has arrived, ordered on Friday from Misco. All up and running with no problems, DD has been having great fun with it. Thanks again to all on here for help and advice xx
