When people say things like "wouldn't it just be easier not to faff about and have a lie-in instead" then I know they're not proper hard core procrastinators! :rotfl:
I have learned to accept the inevitable and make time for the fart @r$ing around.
If I'm not careful MSE itself can be a gaping hole into which my time disappears - there's so-o-o-o much here - so I try to be disciplined about it.
Good going on the front room sorting. You need somewhere to relax after all the hard work. We keep ours liveable - but unfortunately it opens into the dining room...

...and hardly ever looks like people could sit down and have a meal at it.
(I try not to let it spread though!)

had a really good day. usually at work we have to work for nothing, i mean literally, we are expected to attend parents eveings and discuss our key children's progress and we don't get paid!! but i asked the director if we would be because i have to pay a babysitter and putting it bluntly i am not going to pay for the privilege of making this company look good.. but we are getting paid so i can calm down now lol. also my direct debits for gas and leccy combined are dropping from £93 a month to £62, i knew i was being good with the planet and its paid off for me hooray xxxxxxxx:jI can choose happiness whenever I wish no matter what my circumstances

That's a pretty good saving on the fuel bills.......since OH left, I am sure my leccy usage is far less, and I am looking forward to the bill at the end of April to see if I can get a reduction in the amount I pay tooSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. its going to really help with my dropping my days at work to two from three and a half, i was wondering what else i could squeeze considering i hardly ever go out, dont buy new clothes, walk everywhere instead of taking the car and use washing nuts on most of my laundry etc etc. iv been unpacking a few boxes and found some energy saving device plug timer thingys so going to plug em in tonight xxI can choose happiness whenever I wish no matter what my circumstances

RG - all positive thoughts for the cat my lovely.Hope it's easily (and cheaply!) mended.

Hi
Great to hear your news about the nvq and payrise. Hope the cat's ok. What's wrong with him?
