im off to work today for the family iv started babysitting for, they want me 12.30pm to 11.30pm which means I should earn £77 today, im really chuffed as thats more than two weeks shopping. i sold a cardi on ebay for a tenner profit last night as well, im sure my luck is getting a bit better. i hope you all have a lucky weekend too xxx

Hi RG - stumbled across your diary and have just caught up reading all the posts. Wow - you really are an inspiration - the title of your diary caught my eye and I love it that you're so positive. been feeling a bit low these past few days, but i suppose i cant be up all the time. i will write proper update later. im cleaning/laundrying today but iv got a bad headache that is making things uninspiring. catch you all laters xx

Sorry to hear you're not feeling so great. Maybe a weekend of chilling and pampering is in order, even if you just set aside an evening to do this.

Meanwhile, I have an assignment to finish by Friday for my degree course so need to come up with plan to get motivated. Why does housework always seem so much more intersting when one is due?!!:D

me too!! but my headache is fading a bit today so iv been busy gutting my dds room, the things i found buried in there omg. iv only got a minute as she is waiting to go out, i just popped on here while she got a shower. will write up more when i get a chance,xxx

Apolgies for not updating but I don't know where my life goes I am sooo busy with everything. But heres a lickle update
FINANCES looking up despite drop in hours at work. Iv been given a free car which is old but tidy and has four doors so I can sell my current car which I should get @ £600 for, so thats chuffin. I havent got the enthusiasm/time for ebay at the mo despite having a mountain of stuff to sell, gotta sort it out. My income this month does not meet my outgoings so I need to up my income somehow - Im not counting the money I get for the car yet until its in my hand lol.
HOME getting there. I am going to do some more serious spring cleaning today. Ive bought all the stuff I need to do the dining room, stain and varnish for the floor (yep changed my mind about carpeting after buying my daughter a 2nd hand pushbike and realising it will have to come thru the house every time she uses it:think:) and string and PVA to fill the gaps in the floorboards - cheap and effective way of stopping the draughts apparently, we will see.
RELATIONSHIP well me and OH are not together and I can't see it getting fixed so I spose I should say I am single. Bit depressing really, it feels like I have failed on this one, but if I was the only one making an effort it wasn't going to improve was it?
CHILDREN we are up and down. My oldest dd will be getting her own place soon through social services but in the meantime I feel like Im being very patient with her and just trying to get along despite not agreeing with a lot of things she is doing. I am always the one compromising for a quiet life.
WORK the perfect job has not yet come along and I have been a bit lapse and not been looking. Where I am working is ok now the director I don't get on with has moved buildings, in fact its much more of a laugh. I am ok at the mo, I know some people cant get work so Im grateful for it despite the extremely low pay.
HEALTH has been poor. Im getting plenty of sleep, but our diet has fallen by the wayside a bit. It tends to just be me and my youngest at home to eat now and Im having a job adjusting to not cooking a massive dinner in the evening. I am thinking about how to sort it out by asking my youngest what she wants and batch cooking it and freezing it down. its a question of re-thinking it and getting bloomin organised.
SPIRITUALITY I played the didge for the first time in months yeaterday and got a right buzz off it, must try to do it every day, its the deepest form of meditation you can do.
FRIENDSHIPS am I being heartless when I choose to not see my friends when they are just depressing me? me and people are not mixing so well these days. sometimes its ok but mostly its not. i hope im not destined to be a hermit?
EDUCATION heres where I need a kick up the arris, I have so very nearly finished my nvq phew, but need to get on with degree course. if I mess up this opportunity I will be kicking myself forever......

all in all lots of room for improvement. right, onwards and upwards xxxxxxxx

Nope, but i'll pinch a bit of yours :rotfl:, at least you are ebaying. I booked some slots in the free listings last week, finishing tomorrow and i've got bids on them, but i've not stuck any information in yet, despite e-mails from people asking me what they are bidding on ??

So I MUST get that sorted today.

I have just spent the last hour reading through this thread from the beginning. I must say so much rings true with me too. My finances are a mess, also my house, relationship etc.

I seem to spend most of my days lately on the pc. I am a rep for a well known cosmetic company and have just signed up for a few mystery shopping companies. I have not got a steady job and was hoping to make an income from my repping side but can't seem to get motivated. I go to bed at night thinking I am going to get up in the morning and start straight after breakfast but end up watching tv or on pc til late afternoon.

Anyway you don't want to hear my problems. I am hoping to get some inspiration from you and reading your diary you are an inspiration.

Tomorrow I am going to sort out some things to sell on Ebay and actually list them instead of just thinking about it lol.

Anyway just wanted to say thank you.
