    What tosh.

lmao.... You make it sound as if you have a right to know about it.... You have no right.

I wasn't implying that the OP should explain everything on here, just pointing out that she will need to do so in an investigation. From her above post, she obviously realises this.

I was trying to suggest to sunnyone why someone on LRC might need help!

Not enough care to justify needing him there 24/7, low rate care means that you fail the cooking test, not that you need personel care.

Actually you do need personal care, but only low level for about an hour.

So i agree its not needed 24/7 but there is care involved.

The ex squaddie bit was a hint to a "problem" that im not willing to discuss here.

I have already openly said im prepared to tell them everything...im just NOT telling YOU my/our personal problems.

Being an ex-squaddie has nothing at all to do with benefit fraud and you will have to explain it all in the interview, personal problems and all.

OK point taken, but then maybe you should look at your post again and you might see how you have come across. Very rude.

Actually it's your posts that are rude - misinterpretting and laughing at the advice of one person trying to help and ordering Kath to ignore another.

Kath - can you ask them in advance what sort of documentation you will need to bring to support your claim. They might suggest something you've not thought of.

Not at all i have seen many rude posts by the other person, half the time they don't realise they are doing it but hey ho......

As for laughing, yep....who is gonna declare £40 a week rent......

    Anymore...?

I sincerely hope Kath is less aggressive with the interviewer! IMO, she is coming across very defensive and as guilty as hell.

Thanks alot, of course im defensive..natural human instinct....im answering questions (mostly unpleasant ones) left right and centre....why condem someone who is upset, worried and just asking for advice.

you should be ashamed of yourself calling me guilty.

you should re read your avatar quote "Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind ~ Dr. Seuss#"
