Have tried to do the gmtv dancing workouts today, even at basic level im finding them hard. Going to stick to my fitness tv workouts instead. Managed another week but next week im not going to count when i do toning exercises, just cardio.MFW 2016 No 68 £1300/£8500 No new toiletries Cook sth different0

Yay I have got 3/3!
Thanks on the advice about the jogging. I downloaded a podcast which told me when to walk or run and I just got in from doing that for the first time. My body feels a lot more awake than usual, I must say!
Apparently I went 2.31km, which is a big improvement on the 0km I usually do!

Hi can I join you all? I'm 5 stone overweight and know that exercise will make my weightloss quicker and help me tone as I lose but I see exercising as a chore (think it stems from p.e. at school) though I do enjoy it once I get started. I have an active job-2 days a week and walk to school and back (its up a steep hill) twice a day at least 3 days a week. With the snow the last 2 weeks I have walked a lot more(to work, up a much steeper longer route from work to school, for pleasure and sledgingand to visit people) but not done anything else.
I want my exercise 'sessions' to be in addition to this.I will be doing a very old Yplan video that I've used before and like-coordination isn't my thing! I plan to do it at least 3 times a week and try and find the motivation to go swimming when I can (as a single mum I don't have a lot of 'me time').
It sounds like the rest of you have been doing really well. I'm hoping some of your motivation rubs off on me!July grocery- 24.40/220. NSD-1/3.

Hi, Can I join this challenge please?
I lost 3 1/2 stone last year and reached my goal weight of 9st 12 lb with weight watchers - yippee. But I had a problem with my shoulder/arm and stopped going to the gym. This resulted in a little weight gain and I kept using it as an excuse, then Christmas came -oh dear! Now my weight has crept up to 10st 7lb. I am sure if I do more execise I will feel better in myself and as a result eat better and hopefully get back to my goal. I love a challenge and I am sure I am up for it. My physio says I can go back to the gym with some minor adjustments to my regime so now that the snow has gone and I have no excuses I'm ready! And if the weather deteriorates again I have some really good DVD's so no excuses.0 -

Good Luck Curlytop. If you get bored with your old y plan video I can recommend 2 really cheap dvd's that I purchased as I also have no coordination whatsoever. These are ideal as they are split into 15 minute workouts for those of us with litle time. If we are really committed we can fir 15 mins into our day I am sure. Let me know if you want the names of them.0
