That's two for me this week, did another 5k on the treadmill last night, dropped my time by 20 seconds, hoping for a good one on friday as i'm out tonight, and playing football tomorrow night too so should be 4/3 - yeyDont worry GSXRCarlos im finding it hard to get motivated. Great work on the treadmill last night though and for signing up to a 10k run. :T Do you know of any down in london? I've down the breast cancer 5k a few times now but want to up it to see if i can do 10k. I'm a very slow jogger, more like speed walking.

Please can I join? I have using the Wii Fit a lot recently, not used it for last few days as been getting home late due to snow -
need motivation to get going again when snow has gone0 -
Have added you to the list. Welcome to the challenge.
Well done to everyone so far. i am combining this with the 50000 situps challenge, so have been doing bits everyday but today i did my dvd. Am going to be strict with myself now so am only going to count it when i do exercise outside of the other challenge cause i need a balance of toning and cardio. So its 1/3 for me so far, got to fit one more in before saturday - aim as always to get up and do some before work but it may not happen. Have set the alarm extra early for this.MFW 2016 No 68 £1300/£8500 No new toiletries Cook sth different0 -

Hi all
I have done 2 Wii fit sessions this week so just one more to go! I really like it once I get warmed up a bit, it's just the starting! Probably a lot of people with the same problem??
It's nice to be able to walk DS to school again, I really felt awful stuck in the house.
I am quite intrigued by running but I wouldn't know where to start. I do know it's always my lungs that give up first though!
Take care.

Running is very simple to start, and i'm really not joking
grab some trainers, any trainers will do and start walking - simple
after you've done a bit of walking, try a little jog, just faster than walking pace and see how you get on
you'll probably jog/run at about 4 mph, so just go our for a mile or so (big couple of blocks near your house)
Fresh air is good for you, plus it'll kick start your metabolism if you excercise before your tea (or any other meal too)0 -
I was like you rainbow81, I started by giving myself little goals for example running to the end of the street. I also used to walk for one lampost and run for another and so on. I jog quite slowly and over time i have built up my stamina, I only manage to do it on the weekends I do it in the morning to wake me up and it makes me feel so much better. Now that the snow is melting i may get to jog again on Saturday as i have not done it in a while.MFW 2016 No 68 £1300/£8500 No new toiletries Cook sth different0
