Can I just jump in? This is just what I've been looking for. I am very unfit and I need to do something about it. It has slowly crept up on me as I've approached middle age!
I'm going to make it easy on myself to start.
    Today I will:
    [strike]Hulahoop for 5 mins[/strike] I managed to do 4 minutes!
[strike]Find a simple yoga exercise and do it for 2 mins.[/strike] I found a gentle 'exercise' for when you are bunged up with a cold which just involved lying on the floor with your feet elevated above your head on the settee with your arms lying like you are surrendering. It was very relaxing!
  • Can I join in too?

I've not been able to ecercise for the last couple on months due to illness and I really need some motivation to get going again!

I'd like to join in starting in the new year if the challenge is still going? I am very limited on what exercise I can do but should hopefully be able to go swimming once a week and play with my hula hoop at least once a week too! :)

Please may I join - I am finding that excercising SO helps me with my depression :D

That's one of my main reasons for exercising! (That, and getting rid of the flab ...) Good luck!

I've got a step machine now, and between walking round town in my lunch breaks and step in the evening I'm making sure I do 10,000 steps per day.
