Can I join? I'm not sure about getting out to exercise in this weather really, but I will be walking to work instead of cycling until the snow and ice clears up.0

Welcome littlemissaspie have added you to the list. Ive been doing workout dvds as i cant go jogging at the moment. Whatever exercise you do is up to you, but walking to work is a good way to exercise as you won't have to do any when you get home.MFW 2016 No 68 £1300/£8500 No new toiletries Cook sth different0

Hello can I join too please??
I was really into the Wii fit before Christmas took over and a relationship break down and I sort of got bored of motivating myself.
So that's my main source of exercise at the moment, and I go to yoga once a week (I started Wednesday after an 8 year break!).
Thank you.

Has anyone joined feelfit.tv? I just wanted to see what channel it was on and notices it's a whole community based thingymibob
I'm a Feelfit member :cheesy:
I have just started my new get fit scheme for the new year! I'm finding Feelfit really helpful as I can track how much I am doing a week with their useful points scheme.
You can really do any exercise you like to reach your points target - pushing the pram in the snow is sure to get me some great points...or even sledging!! Can I join in please??0
