I have Vicky Binns (Corrie actress) dvd, it's quite good and dancey. Considering going for a run tomorrow in the snow, fingers crossed I'll stay upright!

Sounds good, i saw a cheap fitness dvd at a local video shop for a £1 think it was a Davina one, may buy it as people have said hers are actually good and need another one as although this one is good, think i need to mix it up a bit.

    Count me in aswell please

I have gym membership but not been because of snow
I own Natalie Cassidy/Davina McCall/some other dance DVD but never use them

If I made the effort to do either I would be so healthy
  • Not sure if this has been mentioned already but I stumbled across feelfit.tv which is a free site that gives video demonstrations and a diary of how much you weigh/what you eat daily etc. I've just had a go and while I felt a bit of a whally flinging myself around the living room, it was good fun and I'm now knackered (but with a big smile on my face!) It also encourages you to "earn" points by exercising :j

    Can I join too please..

I need to lose 5 stone by the summer for fertlity treatment so am currently using Celeb Slim for my diet and am planning on walking too and from work...45 minutes each way on my three days at work...Monday, Thursday and Friday.

I managed to do this on Monday morning, 6.15am in the snow...lol, but one of my trainers wasn't lace properly and I gave myself a huge blister....had to walk round work in my socks...lol, so didn't walk home.

I will also be doing 30 minutes on my Wii Fit daily, starting next week when we rearrange the living room.
    ;)I HAVE NOTHING TO SAY;)
  • hiya all, I haven't done my second lot of exercise this week yet but I thought I would let you know that Morrissons had some dirt cheap fitness DVDs on sale today. I cant remember them all but i know there was a Dirty Dancing one for £4 and Gabby Logan for £2

Well off to do my wii fit!
Was just wondering how long other people spend doing the wii fit stuff? I think I can only manage 30 mins cos it gets boring.

I bought one last January and got bored with it after 3 months. I ended up selling it on ebay in the end.

I have just booked a holiday for Easter and plan to wear a bikini for the first time ever! I lost 4 stone last year, had one more to go but have put on a bit over christmas.
I like walking but not in this weather. Will be aiming to use my home pilates machine 5 days a week but at least 3 days is a necessary target.

    Good luck all!

  • I did the Kim Kardashian work out vid (Fit Into Your Jeans By Friday) last night and went for a 40 min walk today in the snow. It's so thick so you have to get your knees up so I was blooming knackered when I got home!!
