Well done LilyAllen thats great, especially going out in this snow. I have a snow day tomorrow which means i can either be lazy or active. I'm going to keep the heating low so i have to stay active, plus this way i save money too!MFW 2016 No 68 £1300/£8500 No new toiletries Cook sth different0

Wow well done wigwam will add you. What home pilates machine do you use? How easy is it to use?
Its an aero pilates machine. bought it from QVC last May, used for a couple of months saw a change then went on holiday - then used as a coathanger! If you have a spare room great, I don't which is why i forgot about it for so long. is now in the centre of the living room!
I must say it is fantastic when I do use it, just did the dvd and it pushed me so 1/3 for me and thanks for the challenge to get me shifting my butt!0 -

Thanks! I found it on surfthechannel. Might attempt the Hannah Waterman one tomorrow but she is scarily orange in it. Bit off-putting.* Save £s - Lose lbs *

Can I sign up too please?
At the moment I'm doing Mon, Wed & Fri: 20 mins on the recumbant bike in the morning and 30+ mins on the wii (areobics, not playing golf!) in the evening.
Although physically I could do longer on the bike I get soooooo bored! I have my laptop propped up on it and the radio on but still can't get past the 20 min barrier - it's a mental hurdle I'm trying to overcome. Some days you're the dog..... most days you're the tree!0 -
Have added you both to the list.
Norbertsmum - have you tried watching tv while doing the bike or reading the forums while on the bike?
madmich666 - i do my exercise dvd in another room but he should not laugh he should be supporting you. Anyway when youre all fit and toned you will be the one laughingMFW 2016 No 68 £1300/£8500 No new toiletries Cook sth different0 -
