Just walked to the doctors to order Jacks prescription, then to ASDA and carried two very heavy bags of shopping home. All with Jack strapped to my front in my snow boots cos it is deadly around here.
Came home lovely & Sweaty but at least I'm warm!
Going to whizz round with the hoover in abit so that definitely counts towards some exercise!
1 down - 2 to go! Will be easy this week as I plan to walk to baby clinic tomorrow morning then to Baby Group in the afternoon - will be at least 3 miles. Then need to walk back to docs on Wednesday to get Jack's prescription and get his jabs done
Just need to get these sit ups done :rolleyes:A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

Im hoping to do my exercise dvd later this evening, going to read the thread and then eat dinner. Then i have to wait for my food to settle, sometimes i wait so long i forget to do the exercise.
Congrats lilyallen will update yr progress.

Yes, I do this.
I go to aqua-aerobics Monday afternoons, adult beginners' swimming Tuesday mornings, and a keep-fit class at a local retirement complex Friday mornings (we do aerobics sitting on chairs).
I've just sent for the Rosemary Conley DVD which has a section for fitness sitting on chairs. DH and I both need to do this and perhaps it will be better doing it in our own home.
In addition, I do strength/resistance training at home using stretch tubing.Ær ic wisdom funde, ær wearð ic eald.
Before I found wisdom, I became old.0 -
Going to give Hannah Waterman's dvd a go now. Borrowed it from a friend who is already sick of her voice & bizarre tan, not a good sign!!* Save £s - Lose lbs *

Ok, sorry to dissapoint but i didn't get my third in last week.
I feel like i've let you all down, on the plus side though, i've signed up for the manchester 10k (signing up took a lot of effort and £34- lol) and completed my first 5k on a treadmill last night, another 5k tonight hopefully too0 -
