The exercise DVD's I did yesterday have certainly had an effect. I can barely walk today! But I did, I took my couch potato of a dog for a lovely brisk walk. On a roll this week. Keep it up everyone.:j

Cheers Skaps :) I managed to tear myself away from bejewelled and do the warm up and 3 parts of the workout. I'm naughty and I never bother with the cool down, I find it so tedious and it never makes any difference to how I feel after. I never both with it at the gym either, my cool down is the last minute or two on a slow setting followed by the walk back to the car!

Come on Glamazon, you want to be a yummy mummy right. Plus think about how great you will look and how fit you will be to play with Jack. It is difficult to get started but you could somehow incoporate Jack into your exercise.
