Come on Glamazon, you want to be a yummy mummy right. Plus think about how great you will look and how fit you will be to play with Jack. It is difficult to get started but you could somehow incoporate Jack into your exercise.

I know, I know. I plan to do Wii Fit twice a week and do a pram walk on a Friday. My pram died so I have a second hand pushchair which I need to clean up.

Tomorrow I will put J in his Jumperoo while I do Wii Fit then I will get the pushchair out and get it ready for walks next week. I will also walk to Tiny Stars on Tuesday next week.
We are going swimming on Monday but we just go in the baby pool so not much swimming for me.

    Thanks Skaps :)

No I won't be skaps - my knees arent great! I'll do WiiFit tomorrow and Sunday while OH does his work out.

Didnt do WiiFit today - instead I went into town but parked as far away as I could so ended up walking a couple of miles.

Plan is to start swimming as well - just found out I can put J in the creche so I can go!

Great idea about the swimming and good on you for walking the couple of miles into town - exercised and saved money.:T How are you finding the Wiifit? I had one last year and sold it after a while as i got bored with some of the games.

Wii Fit Plus is ace as you can set up a workout with exercises designed to work on specific areas :j

Done my 3/3 this week - 2 Wii Fit and joined the gym today so stayed after my induction to check it all out properly AND going back again tomorrow as has a pool so will do some swimming after the gym.

Just hope I can keep it up :p

I've said I will do the race for life this year as I need something to focus on. I've not done it before and I'm not a 'runner' but I've got a while to work on it!

I need to get my 3/3 done tomorrow.

Either gym (not been for a while) or a swim. I have my monthly membership to the gym, which includes pool, going to waste.

Someone kick me up the backside please!

It's OK, it is a bit boring. I tend to just do the 15minute Island Lap and the 10minute job, then do a load of step aerobics and finish off with a good 10minutes of hula hoops! J thinks that is the funniest! :p

Ice - here's a kick from me! If I can do it anyone can! Think of all that money you are wasting, get down there and work on that bod

Just completed my 3rd for the week, still sticking with the bike in the mornings and Wii after work on Mon, Tue and Fri.

    Keep it up everyone xxx

(sorry forgot to telly you I'd done my 3 last week!)

Next weeks going to be a bit of a struggle as I'm working away from home but I figure if I do some this sunday and some next sunday I've only gotta get 1 more day in to stay on track... I WILL do it!
