Think I'll try and buy direct see if I can get some freebies too. Prob not knowing me:rolleyes:
The babyliss ones look good too, so I'll look into thoughs too.
My hair is so hard to calm and then to stay down too, I find after an hour it's all fluffy again
Thanks for advise, this site is the dogs whatsits :rotfl:0 -
I am on my 2nd pair of ghds i love them and use them everyday - i sold my first black pair on ebay for £50 as i wanted the pink ones which i bought brand new from ebay for £80 i would get them from there. Nic x0

ive got babyliss pro 230 and i think they are brill straightners but then again i have got fine lank horrible hair sob sob lol
but i have straightened many friends with thick hair and they worked a treat
they were in the sale at argos recently0 -
I've had my GHD's for 8 years before they were known, the best thing is, they have died twice and GHD have without quibble replaced them free via the post both times...so techinically paying £189 back then has been worth every penny0

I would have to agree with the above, also have a babyliss pro 230,yes they are great, but i would say the ghd's give a smoother sleeker finish than any other straightners either me or my daughter have tried. My daughter has curly/frizzy hair and the ghd's give a much better defined finish all round.
It all really depends on how much money you have to spend.
This is only my opinion.0 -
Def buy GHD's, you will just be wasting money trying everything else!!0

I have got GHDs and they are amazing. I got mine for £112 with a clutch bag, 2 GHD styling products, purse and DVD.
They were cheaper because they are the Christmas ones from a trusted GHD seller online. I cant remember which site though...
I bought the pink ones off ebay before these for £80 but found out they were fake after trying to register them so be very careful on ebay, apparently 99% are fake.
Good Luck!0 -

ps: i got them from hqhair.com0 -
I was told that these are the next best things to GHD & after having some I can confirm that the are great & half the price of GHD. I have also used KODO & they are excellent too.
