Hi, sorry if this is in the wrong place or whatever, i didn't want to start a whole new thread, but can anyone suggest GHD equivalents? My mum bought me Some Nicky Clarkes a year ago but they're not that good. GHS looks good but theres a post on here that suggests otherwise.
Oh, and cheaper than GHD of course! GHS £30...

just to add to my own post above, after some reading there seems to be alot of FAKE SCP's aswell lol,

there's a seller on ebay called kianstore who sell genuine scp straighteners and are £29.98 delivered, supposedly just as good as GHDs, il update when they arrive

my kodo creatives died this morning - desperately need straighteners?!?! Was ognna plunge for ghd's but if these are good?!?!

I've looked at the SCP and the GHS alternative on the web and they both look axactly the same bar the name - just branding then? :rolleyes: on the GHS website you get a free mat/travel pouch and clips... for the HS+ that is [HTML]http://www.ghs-direct.co.uk/hair-straighteners-products.html [/HTML]the SCP link is not far above. i might go for the GHS ones, maybe - though i am thinking of ones that would curl too - would these? i know it seems a bit dumb as theyre straighteners, but i've heard some do. i'll ask around first

i decided not to risk it with new ones and bought the exact same as the ones that died! Kodo creative for £26.49 on ebay buy it now!

How long did your kodos last? are they good?

My kodo's lasted about 3 years (just over or just under) very good, and easy to use! They were koda 200v but the ones from ebay are the new model arrived very fast, not texted them yet!

they are a godsend!!!
