Did you use Salonlines?
The hair protector comes really quickly too. Mine arrived within 24 hours from GHD - brilliant!
I'm glad you like them - lets just hope they don't have the same problems as the mk3's.The world would be a sad place to live with no chocolate!

I have been having problems with my GHDs - they dont heat up as well and then the light only works sometimes - i still use them just have to hold the plates together to heat up!
Im thinking of sending off to GHD factory i emailed them and they have said they will look at them and quote for repairs - wonder if its worth postage and repair costs or if its best to buy new pair? that deal with free hairdryer seems good?
Mine are over 3 years old and no receiptSealed Pot Challenge number 8 Amount declared £365.50.

Faulty ones are still selling on EBay for £20 or £30. I would be tempted to sell as faulty and put the money towards a new pair. I get worried about dodgy electrics and wouldn't use them myself. Depends I guess on how much it willcost to get them looked at...and what happens if you can't get them fixed? Are you out of pocket for p&P?The smallest deed is greater than the grandest intention ~ Anonymous0 -

I've just sold mine on Ebay for £31.01 + £5 p&p. They were listed as faulty. There is someone on Ebay offering to repair faulty Ghd's for £23.50 inc return postage. I'm going to put the money towards my new pair and also sell the freebies that I had sent me too!! Every penny helpsThe world would be a sad place to live with no chocolate!
