            @rmiles - I believe my colleague has just spoken to you and the payment has reached your account?
 One thing I should let posters on this forum know is that when payments appear on bank accounts, they show "B" as the payee, not "BeatThatQuote". So please look out for that!

 I did this (prior to posting I sent all details to your "contact" address) but had no response , (still haven't), which is why in frustration I went "public".0

            @Quentin - I completely understand your frustration and why you posted here. Obviously it makes things tricky that I don't want you to give your "real" details here as that would not be good practice, and so tying all ends up becomes more of a challenge. Could you send another email to contact@beatthatquote.com please, but put in the subject line your MSE forum name? And if you could post on here when you sent it, then we should be able to track it down. Apologies again.

            Confirmation I was emailed on Dec 6th and told money would be in my account on Dec 9th and it is only took 97 days after claiming:j0

            I have also been having issues with BTQ. I switched my gas and electricity back in June using BTQ and have heard nothing from the business since. Having read this thread I have emailed the company on numerous occasions and have heard nothing.
 Any help would be much appreciated otherwise this is looking like a very poorly managed business.
