update, the postcode checker has not been updated for my area, my last trigger was 4th jan and its shows no more, i have just rang and been told one was triggered on the 6th which i was expecting one to trigger on, it will be in my bank bank the week after the 16th/17th the scan will be done on those two dates, be aware of this last trigger date, she advised me that is the last triggered payment no more will be issued for the future as the cold snap has gone now.0

This is stressing me out now.I've been on the phone all afternoon to loads of different departments.Phoned local jobcentre who gave me the main job centre number which gives me 4 options so I press 1 and talk to income support. She says I have to dial that number again and press 2 which is the job seekers allowance department and they'll be able to tell me so I do that and they tell me I have to phone a number which is the main job centre number giving me those 4 options yet again.I give up!0

humor me and try this one sammi 0845 6001651, top tip- when you get through just say could you tell me if a cwp has been triggered for my area and let them tell you, they should then ask for your postcode and check, if they say ask when it will go in the bank.
not that number again lol thats all I've had all afternoon.I dont know who else to contact.I've been through all the options on that number. The income support lady asked for my postcode and she said i'd got through to somewhere up north and that i had to try the jsa number which i also did and they just gave me that number again:mad::mad: and breathe......0 -
