    have you tried to the postcode checker to see what date they were triggered? http://pensions.direct.gov.uk/en/cold-weather-payment/home.asp use that then let me know.

    contact i/s on 0845 6001651, ask if any are due dont just say you know and let them tell you when theyve asked for your postcode and checked.

    p.s the checker doesnt say your entitled as such, it just says which areas were cold enough to have had a trigger set off, you need to be on the right benefits of course.

    Yay!!

    I received a letter last week stating that I would be getting a payment. I did. I haven't received since but received another payment today.

    Make sure that you keep any receipts because if you complain that you didn't get a payment they can always say, which they did last year to me, that you did receive it.
    yeah the letters do arrive well after the payments gone in.
