    Hi folks, have some news on the CWP.

    Here is the email received this morning. All sorted, thanks for all your help, and Sue (SingleSue) how are you getting on?;)

    I can confirm that £100.00 was issued yesterday and will credit to your account on 14/1/10. The payment covers the triggers for the following periods:

    18/12/09 to 24/12/09 £25.00
    21/12/09 to 4/1/10 £50.00
    5/1/10 to 11/1/10 £25.00

    I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

    Regards,
    :eek::j:eek::j
    Excellent news.

    Hi there

    Have you received the letter about the first payment?

    I thought they sent letters, but not certain.

    Still waiting for the first payment.......out of 4 triggers, was told it should have been in the account by Monday just gone the latest, after sorting this out with them last week as many in our area had received 2 by then, but nothing up to now, or letters either.

    I'm sure someone here will know.;)

    Hi no not recieved a letter for the first payment but then they are messing around really badly with my money and most letters I get say I am claiming JSA when I am not its definatly IS still fighting for mortgage assistance after they said I was entitled to it but then changed their minds about how much and when. They cant seem to get any of the facts right,Its all a nightmare at the moment and I am getting more and more worried about my heating bill as well as the mortgage company. Hopefully it will get sorted soon.

    So sorry to hear this, we have also been in the same situation with the mortgage interest help, been waiting since about June last year, and 3 times they have mis laid the forms our lender have completed.

    Fingers crossed for you. x
