I am eligible for 1 payment but not received it yet. Postcode BN18. Who should I contact?
ive always ring income support, tell them you had a trigger, theyll ask for your postcode and tell you when you should get it, this dept has always given me accurate information thats why i only ring them. as a side note i can tell you my last trigger was 4th jan and its going in the bank on the 13th just to give you an idea of payment timescales.

Hi folks, have some news on the CWP.

Here is the email received this morning. All sorted, thanks for all your help, and Sue (SingleSue) how are you getting on?;)

I can confirm that £100.00 was issued yesterday and will credit to your account on 14/1/10. The payment covers the triggers for the following periods:

    18/12/09 to 24/12/09 £25.00
    21/12/09 to 4/1/10 £50.00
    5/1/10 to 11/1/10 £25.00

I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

    Regards,

    Regards,

Excellent news for you...I'm still pretty much the same, no payments and being patient at the moment.

Not that it makes much difference at the moment, my heating has stopped working and I am now waiting for the HA to come back to me as to when the engineer can call..so the scary gas monster isn't being scary.

In the meantime, my electric is going to take a battering as I am running a small halogen heater, putting the oven on with the oven door open and running the tumble dryer trying to get some heat in the house! I'm not on a pre payment meter for that though so don't have such an immediate need to put credit on it.
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

I think I qualify for CWP because I receive Child Tax Credit with disabled element. My postcode has triggered 3 payments to date which I havent received yet. However, when I received the payment for February 2009, they were paid in March in one lump sum. So im waiting and hoping.

Just spoken my BDC, they have now received a scan from CTC and are in the process of going through it.

She couldn't really give me a time scale on it as the scan itself is approx 6 inches thick with lots and lots of details to go through but she was hopeful we may see something in the next week, maybe the first trigger but possibly the second one too.

Just a case of being patient and not being scared too much by the scary gas monster.

    Hiya Sue

Blimey I am so sorry your still waiting.......

I feel for you and your kids so much.
I do hope this gets sorted out soon, and of course those payments would be a great help to you right now.

    Have you tried emailing JCP?
    http://www.jobcentreplus.gov.uk/JCP/AboutUs/ContactUs/contactus.aspx

Even if you do not come under these, they should still be able to help with and send your email on to the main dept who deals with these payments.

Mine was sorted by email in the end, through through contacting the above, this was then forwarded to our local office, they will do the same for you as well.;) XX

Do you also get one of the qualyfing benefits alongside the CTC?

If so, you're probably going to be in the same boat as me, DX2 and Di!

Hi there, good luck and fingers crossed for you.;)

I take it you also have another benefit along side the CTC disability element as well?

Hope you receive yours very soon as well.
