  • Will do! thanks again all!
  • our post code has finally got the CWP!!!!! (fireworks fanfare etc!!! whoopeee!!)

Great news for everyone in Essex.......except me that is :(
I didnt read the small print....my children are 6 & 8 years old so of course we miss out even though it costs more to support a 6 year old than a 2-5 year old!!

Maybe I should of become a full blown alchoholic & claimed disability allowance instead!!!! As it is I decided to get a job instead & went tee total. At least that will provide more money for my family. Now somebody please give me a job :wall:

it depends when it was triggered as to when its paid out, my last was triggered on the 4th its going into the bank on the 13th to give you some sort of idea of timescales.

How do you find out when the triggers were/are. I have had one payment last week but the postcode checker says there were 3 periods, so just wondering how I can find out when it was due before I phone up.

    Hi there

Have you received the letter about the first payment?

I thought they sent letters, but not certain.

Still waiting for the first payment.......out of 4 triggers, was told it should have been in the account by Monday just gone the latest, after sorting this out with them last week as many in our area had received 2 by then, but nothing up to now, or letters either.

I'm sure someone here will know.;)

i belive their is a pdf download on the dwp website which shows the triggered areas and dates, yes you get a letter for each cwp they give you but youll find they arrives well after each payments gone in the bank lol.
