WOW - I love Funfair's posting... so ALIVE!!!

I too have completed my level ones this week :T- the thing I chose to do for myself was to build a puzzle for my future brother in law... it was a 500 piece so did not take more than a few hours to complete but it was very relaxing. I like the 5 challenge and I think someone suggested sorting out photo's -online and printed - I think that would be one of my 5 as I could sure do with sorting them out and printing a few to frame!

Another one for me would be to write out a list of things to do for the wedding - next week it will be 5 months to go and I am no further forward in planning than I was at 6 months!!!

Today I have a lovely roast to do for lunch and once that is done and everyone has relaxed and gone off for the afternoon I will be deep cleaning the oven and if time permits the fridge in the garage ... the damp is showing around the seals! I am on another no spend day so that makes it 7 since the start of January!!! Yippee!

Hope you all have a FABULOUS Sunday!
Well lets see - I dip in and out of MSE all the time but I still come back - have done since 2007!!!

    Morning All

    well hope everyone is ok.

Didn't really do much flying yesterday but hope to do better today.

Like the idea of the list of 5 items and may do a MCaCAW as well(probably to not eat as much chocolate-meant to be eating better)

Sexy I am definitely up for the 10th April. Would love to stay round some-ones house if that is ok as looked at the price of the hotels and finances won't permit it :( Will not drink so I can always be the allocated driver if others want to drink :D

someone give me a kick up the backside please!

I've been home so much this week because of the snow so the house should look perfect, but I know I've wasted too much time doing goodness knows what.

Oh soappie, I forgot to ask did you see the Danger Men programme about the Red Arrows, loved it, the boys got sooooo excited!

No, I missed that one...oh and re the hot water bottles, I picked up some hot water bottles from Asda for £2 each just before Christmas.

Mudders, you shouting at the news is something that happens as you get older. I am often heard to mumble "not in this house it's not" at the radio or TV if something comes on I don't like and the person who introduces the programmes says "and now it's time for ....."

The theme on this also put me in mind of the film The Shipping News where seasoned writer and new writer are discussing headlines and the dialogue goes something like this:

SW: so, look at that black cloud over there, give me a headline.
    NW: Possible storm coming
SW: No, deadly storm threatens village
NW: But what if it doesn't turn out to be a storm?
    SW: Village escapes deadly storm

Rosep - the book is flowing thankyou. I'm working on the publisher proposal at the moment.

Well, we had a little dusting of snow overnight and its cloudy this morning but not quite as cold as it has been (though it's still freezing!).

Plan for today is more writing, Sunday roast tonight for DS and possibly DiL - I shall have to check numbers later and some washing. I might even take an hour out and have a read of more of the Waste book...

  • Morning

Not been around much this week, I have been working extra hours due to the weather. I work in a residential college so we've had staff not being able to get in and kids not being able to get home.

I did start the list but due to it being neglected I'm going to start again with L1's, then might get on to 2's... see how it goes.

Not read back due to 346387898 or so pages since I last looked but a ((hug)) for everyone.
