Another good week for me, the weekly targets are really helping. This week: 1300/1000 :j YTD: 9000/500000 -
Sorry about not updating have not been as good as i should have been. Im so behind started with a weekly target but lost track. Up to 7255 and will get up to 7500 by the end of today.
My target for next week will be 200 situps a day - stomach is not looking as good as it should and i need to catch up.

All my workouts for today are done, bin for a nice run this morn and done me sit ups an press ups, defo noticing a difference my stomach muscles are aliveee, less jiggling felt when going for me runs wooo!! haha
so as of today I am at 10,500 sit ups and 350 press ups. 0
