    Hi all,

Hope everyone is doing ok. I mainly do my situps in the evening as I tend to do boxercise first thing in the morning before heading out to work. Have got to the stage where I can do 50 situps at a time, considering I could only do 20 a week ago, thats a pretty good improvement I think.

    Keep going everyone. :j

I know, great to see all the motivation is still with everyone, we will have them washboard stomachs in no time :)

As of this today I am now upto 8400 sit ups and 160 press ups, had a great sunday morning workout this morning, which makes a change from being stuck in bed hungover, so feeling fab today :)

Aim this week is to break the 10,000 barrier for my sit ups!!! Come on!!! :)
