Going to try to reach 8900 situps tomorrow. Have been put off doing so many squats because i do not want my thighs getting muscler. Does anyone have any advice on this? I am doing cardio 3 times a week but every day i have been doing squats.

skaps you are back, back, back! Just the thought of 450 sit-ups makes me want to pass out :D

Don't do any squats so can't comment but I did notice my thighs & calves getting bulky back when I was doing a lot of rowing/running. Just starting to run again and hoping that being disciplined with stretching and yoga will help.

This week: 1100/1000 (knowing I'll be posting an update here keeps me going :rotfl:) YTD: 10,100/50,000

woop woop I'm really happy.. just tried on an old pair of my size 10 jeans and i could actually do them up! Sit ups must be helping (i am eating sensibly as well) My aim is to be comftably back in my size 10s before my wedding in September. i'm so glad i joined this thread or i don't think i would have kept up with the situps!

I'd just like to get the motivation to start running but i prefer to exercise in the house. i do jog on the spot for 5 minutes every other day.. that must help a bit surely?
