I'm at 5520 - will make it to 5600 by the end of the night!

I'm also doing Wii Fit and Wii Just Dance, both seem to be helping my toning up plan :)
Well done! Can I ask a silly question about Wii Just Dance please? :o Does it use a dance mat, the Wii balance board, or neither? How does it know where your legs go? Or doesn't it? (I have Wii Samba Amigo - great for arms :D, and a non-Wii dancemat - great for legs/aerobic :D, would love something that does both...or I could stop being lazy and go out / use my treadmill :rotfl:)

You hold the remote in your right hand and it seems to follow your legs based on how your hand moves IYSWIM.

Cotton Eye Joe on the just dance is flat out exhausting after the first few goes ;)

Just been on my stepper - is this going to help me slim my thighs or will this just add muscle?

Steppers are good for fat burning just make sure your working at about 60% for a prolonged period for you to be in your fat burning zone.

You should be working at a moderate pace where you can keep going for at least 30mins, u should feel tired when ur working out but you shouldnt be completly out of breath. If you keep going on it you will find what your pace is, what you can stay working at for over 30mins without fully keeling over. Difficult to describe but working at a pace where you feel it but your breathing is not out of control.
