Have been on a course the last couple of days so couldnt do as many situps as I would have liked. Am still trying to get a few weeks ahead as wont be able to do them for a while once I have my op (scheduled for next Weds). According to my calculations, I am about a week ahead now and passed the 13000 mark this morning.

    Yay, congrats. :T

I have had my op now and am still recovering, hope to start up doing my situps again in the next few days but suspect I wont be able to do that many to start with.

Rest up boobylou and make sure you are fully healed before you start the situps again.

Don't worry I have been taking things very easy......but have managed to do my first 50 situps tonight :)

I will now sit back and make sure I don't have any twinges and all being well I will be able to up the number a bit more each day.

    Take care all.

Hope all is well BoobyLou! :)

Skaps, never fear, them times we slack off just give us the kick up the butt we need to get going and work hard again.

I have been pretty slack too the last two weeks though, fractured me toe over a week ago an it has stopped me from doing so much and made me miserable...cant do any of the workouts I was doing before and cant walk far :( but i have snapped out of it and am not letting this little toe beat me! :) I have planned some home workouts I can do that dont put strain on my foot, which involves lots of ab work so should be at that half way point pretty soon! :)

Keep up the good work everyone :)

    Hi all,

Yep all is well with me, thanks Bills. Am back on target and not getting any twinges from the situps so am gradually upping the amount I do each day. Even managed a 4k walk yesterday too.

Thats rough re: the fractured toe, I felt pretty miserable for the week after the op not able to do anything so I understand where you are coming from. Hopefully it will heal nice and quick for you :)

Take care all, enjoy the lovely weather.

I'm back with you all again!

I've had several weeks with no situps at all, Reasons being few busy weeks at work (doing building work) so I've been pretty tired out, then caught tonsilitus then had a bad back! Feeling a lot more like me again so I'd better get catching you all up!

Well done to everyone on here for doing so many situps :D
