Well not having a bad week so far really considering my stomach feels like its being ripped out! Hate womens pains...but been determined to battle through them and pop some sit ups and press ups out as the pain has made me too lazy for jogging and going the gym! ha! :)

Aiming for 19,000 sit ups by the end of sunday and ermmmm ill go for 1300 press ups i think.

Well had a very lazy weekend so haven't reached my target I set for myself this week...At 18,400 sit ups and 1165 press ups.

Should power through them though this week as I have a pretty intense fitness plan for this week, so hoping to get passed the 20,000 mark for my sit ups!!

    Yay, 10000 reached :D
Am having an operation in two weeks time that means I wont be able to do sit ups for a while so need to keep going and get a bit ahead of myself.
Hope everyone else is going ok too.
