Skaps - well done, your back on form, im affraid with any exercise you do you will notice the area toning up in regards to your squats, try to cut down a little. When doing your squats what was your goal in doing these, which area did you want to target more?
Cake21 - Well done too passed the 10,000 mark yey
Alix- glad your noticing a difference and seeing the benefits of hard work , nice one. If you want to start jogging start at a distance you think you could cover without stopping, eg just running a mile to begin with. Dont set your distance to high as if you cant complete it it becomes disheartning and you probably wont continue. Jogging is a great exercise for working the whole body. If you want to plan a route in your area and training programs take a look at mapmyrun.com, great website for jogging.
As of today I am at the 12,000 mark for sit ups had a great week for working out, feeling slightly guilty today tho for having a chicken wrap with chips from kebab shop last night but i did half it with my fella though so cancelled off a few calories there and fat lol
Off to the gym tomorrow tho to work all my sins from the weekend off hehe0 -
Please feel free to pelt me with things, or shout, as I could be totally wrong or whatever
but sitting on a gym ball focusing on your posture and pulling your stomach in as far as possible for half an hour is meant to be equivilant to 1000 sit ups. Just thought this was worth mentioning, I'm finding my gym ball hugely helpful in toning my core muscles

Right if you want slimmer thighs you need to get rid of an 'excess baggage' as they say your holding there so i would look at defo upping ur cardio, with things that focus on the legs such as running, cross train, bike or if classes are more your thing aerobic style classes.0

Hi everyone, I have been woeful at updating and maintaining and such recently, but I am sitting here in a pair of my pre-pregnancy jeans and they not only fasten - they fit.
I'm glad you're all doing so well and very impressed, I've been lazy and am at 5250 so far and will get to 5300 by the end of the day and at least 5600 by Sunday. And then it's back on track for me. I'm also planning quasi-regular swimming, I've just realised it's July in three months and I have bikinis to parade about in.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

Thanks for that bills. I am not going to try to do 50000 squats/lunges anymore. I'll do the occasional ones. I have lost a bit of weight about a lb or 2. I'm going to go running on the weekends to help with my thighs.
Am up to 9520 with the weekend to go. Going to get up to 10000 this weekend.MFW 2016 No 68 £1300/£8500 No new toiletries Cook sth different0 -
No problem Skaps, always happy to help, I love me fitness and exercise so if you need any suggestions on anything ill do me best to help.
Upto 13,200 sit ups and 617 press ups as of end of friday. Gonna set a realistic target of 13,500 sit ups and 700 press ups by sunday night, as it is the weekend so sometimes get distracted. May go past this target as dont have a great deal planned this weekend to keep me occupied so maybe a weekend of fitness lol we shall see0 -
I'm at 5520 - will make it to 5600 by the end of the night!
I'm also doing Wii Fit and Wii Just Dance, both seem to be helping my toning up planOrganised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76
