50 000 Sit-Ups This Year - 2010 Challenge

Hi all,
Am trying to catch up and have even been sad enough to produce my own spreadsheet showing how much I need to have done to reach the 50,000 target by the end of the year.
Surprised that even only doing sit ups for two days, I can now do 30 at a time rather than 20. Will try and do a bit more each time....see how much stronger and further I can get.
I think my husband has decided that I have finally gone madSurprised it took him 3 years of marriage to discover that!
Good luck to all :TDFW Nerd no. 108LBM: Jan 2010 DFD: June 2014 - 27.1% paid off so farWeight loss (started 12/05/2012) = 37lbs/109lbs0 -

I've managed to break the 1k barrier this weekend
Just wondered .. do you do all your days sit ups in one go or do you spread them out throughout the day?0 -
I try to do them in one go as i feel the results more. I sometimes do one lot in the morning and one lot in the afternoon. It all depends on time for me. Well done Al1x and boobylou for reaching 1k already.MFW 2016 No 68 £1300/£8500 No new toiletries Cook sth different0

6800 to date, had a bit of a hangover weekend, but made up for the lack of sit ups saturday and sunday today. So pretty much where I wanted to be.
I do my sit ups in one lot but if i do them early on and later I feel I want to do some more I do another set of them. Sometimes when I am sat watching tv I get a bit bored and blast a few more out. But mostly do them all at once.
Adding weights to my sit ups as of tomorrow for a few sets as well as it is becoming a bit to easy now so need to up the game or won't see the effects.0
