As of today I am now upto 5600, passed to 10% mark now.
I have also added my Press up challenge. I am rubbish at these so have started at a much lower target of 15,000 for the year, this is defo going to be a challenging target but I am underway at 45 now0 -

Had a hard session at the gym yesterday and can bearly move today so no sit ups today for meHopefully the pain will have eased by tommorrow so I can get back down the gym and inflict more pain on these muscles haha!

Have done 150 situps today and only 20 squats. Will try and do more in the evening.as my target by the weekend is
6300 situps
6200 squats/lunges
