    Well done all!

As of today I am now upto 5600, passed to 10% mark now.

I have also added my Press up challenge. I am rubbish at these so have started at a much lower target of 15,000 for the year, this is defo going to be a challenging target but I am underway at 45 now :)

Hi, Can I join you with the sit up challenge? Bit late I know so I'll have some catching up to do. I really want my flat tummy back!

The more the merryer, more people to keep the motivation up! :)

Had a hard session at the gym yesterday and can bearly move today so no sit ups today for me :( Hopefully the pain will have eased by tommorrow so I can get back down the gym and inflict more pain on these muscles haha! :)
