    Did my target ab work last nite! :) yey! manaaged to squash them in before a quick nap an work again!

    Tonights I shall be doing some cardio work at the gym and then hammering these abs again!! :)

    Anyone got targets for today?

    My target for today is 1700 squats and lunges and 1540 situps as i was very lazy yesterday and did not do anything :o (apart from a measly 20 squats!)
    MFW 2016 No 68 £1300/£8500 No new toiletries Cook sth different

    Aiming to hit the 3000 mark at the very least by sunday! Should probably do it but do have a busy weekend ahead! :)

    Im going to start posting weekly targets on here to help me stay motivated. For the weekend I am aiming for 2200 changing this to 2300 squats/lunges and 2000 situps (a long shot i know)

    Met my target this weekend so now am up to 2300/50000 squats/lunges and 2000/50000 situps :j.

    Target by end of next Sunday (7th Feb) is to reach 3100 squats/lunges and 3000 situps.

    Up to 3280 situps as at yesterday, can't be bothered to do any today but will be back tomorrow :D

    Hi Folks, I have just come across the thread, and wondered if any of you fit posters would be able to advise or answer a couple of questions.:D

    Some of you mentioned that you have done 100 or 150 or even more sit ups per day :eek: does that not strain your stomach, or do you start small and build up?.

    Do you see the difference quicker the more sit-ups do you in one sitting if you know what I mean?

    What is the best way to do sit-ups so that your aiming for the actual belly and not the midriff so much ?.

    Also, if your inside thighs are bit loose and flabby, what is the best excercise to firm them up, and would the flab tighten up, or would you still have the flabby bits still a bit flabby.

    Any hints or tips would be a great help.
