haha my diary has become my best friend this year lol

It plans my food, exercise, work commitments, me time and social plans , just about everything.

Its good for planning exercise and weight though as you can see progression which just motivates you more when you see results in weight loss and fitness levels :)

Im so happy that ive managed to do my target and more today. Used a youtube video for lower abs to help me plus writing on my daily target really helped. Im not doing too much planning but aiming for 100 of each a day. Find that the squats and lunges are easier to fit in as i even did some at work today but got to plan in my situps. Will try hard to do some before work tomorrow. Aiming to reach 800 in situps and 1050 in squats/lunges tomorrow. Good luck everyone.

Did no ab work last night, just did a really good cardio session, was too exhausted to do any more!

Got my spinning class to go to tonight at the gym and will be fitting in about 150 sit ups :)
  • Hi,i like the idea of the diary, helps with setting the goals i guess, might give it a try as need to do more really :)

Defo would reccomend doing a diary!

Thing is with me, if I write it down the night before I know I will do it cos I hate scribbling it out as it makes me diary look scruffy haha :rotfl:but also makes me look like I have failed and in turn makes me feel bad :o
